The number of bundles you need depends on the hair texture and the lengths.

For Lilla Malva hair textures

12 inches: 2 or more bundles required

14 inches: 2 or more bundles required

18-22 inches: 3 or more bundles required

24-28 inches: 4 or more bundles required

Absolutely, every bundle we offer is authentic natural hair that will react just like your natural hair.

Your Lilla Malva Hair can also be colored.

Tip: Use a higher volume developer in shorter increments when colouring. 😉

All cash-value gift cards purchased at Lilla Malva remain valid for Two (2) years from the date of issuance

Complimentary and promotional gift cards may carry a shorter expiration period, typically ranging from 30 to 60 days as disclosed at the time of issuance.

KINDLY NOTE THAT:

• A deposit of 50% is required to secure all appointments

• Credit toward service if you show up; kept by us if no show

• Remaining balance to be paid by bank transfer, debit card, or cash

• All lace closures/frontals for customisation as well as bundles should be dropped off / posted 7 days in advance to guarantee that it’ll be ready for appointment date.

• Full refunds are only issued 48hrs or more before appointment

• Same-day cancellations, no call / no shows will result in the remaining balance being charged automatically

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to carry out your service, as this would affect the next client’s booking. In such cases, you will be offered the next available appointment slot.
